Frequently Ask Questions

DK Payments is a payment processing company, and many of our loyal customers have stuck with us since the beginning.

Our merchants provide customers with both digital and physical versions of their products or services.

Generally, if you don't utilize our faster funding services, you should receive your funds 1-3 days after finishing your transactions. After that, if you're having difficulties settling them, please follow the steps in Payments Insider. And finally, if even after all that, you still see no results within 3 business days, reach out to customer care, as delays might be due to holidays or security review processes.

If you need to cancel a transaction, you can reach out to the merchant and request to refund for your purchase. If the merchant agrees, they will process the refund, and the funds should appear in your account within 1-3 business days. However, if the merchant does not agree to refund your purchase, you can dispute the transaction with your credit card company.

It depends on the merchant and how they have their account set up. Some merchants can process payments immediately, while others may take a few days.

You will receive an email notification from DK Payments when your payment has been processed. You can also check the status of your payments by logging into your account and clicking on the "Transactions" tab.

To protect yourself from fraud in the future, please check out our guide on Payments Insider. In the meantime, please get in touch with customer care so we can review this transaction and deactivate any equipment if necessary.

Our Payments Insider program enables you to view and download your monthly statement so that you can better understand your charges. By filtering, statement type, and date range, no question about a charge will go unanswered. In addition, suppose an error has been made on your behalf. In that case, our wonderful customer care team can help review the situation and if necessary, submit a request for removal or refund of incorrect charges.
